Whilst First Tier’s mission is to support business growth, which in itself is a powerful force for good for individuals and the wider economy, our team also understand that financial performance is important to investors and that is why we are trusted to provide asset management and financial direction to achieve exceptional financial performance.

We often work with our investors to help them evaluate and select business opportunities, completing Due Diligence and financial forecasting and bringing leading industry experts into the boardroom to help access the right network and the right investors to secure sustainable growth. Unlike many incubators and accelerator programs, First Tier does not require businesses to sign over equity or charge for expensive office space.

First Tier has grown from just 3 employees in 2017 to over 20 consultants today and has achieved a leading position in the business consultancy market in the UK.
